The Wayne State Center for Behavioral Health and Justice (CBHJ) in Michigan has certified the Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) program at the Monroe County Jail. MOUD is an in-jail medication-assisted drug treatment (MAT) program, also known as an opioid treatment ecosystem (OTE), that is offered to sentenced and unsentenced inmates at the Monroe County Correctional Facility.
