Montgomery County, Pennsylvania Launching New ‘Your Way Home’ Call Center For Homeless Response

The “Your Way Home” program in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania is launching a new call center to coordinate services for people experiencing homelessness. The new call center began taking calls in a soft launch on January 15, 2024, through Montgomery County’s Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Community Connections. As of February 1, 2024, the Your Way Home call center will be fully operational.
