Home care provider organization New Day Healthcare acquired the home-based care company Christian Senior Care Services in Houston, Texas. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction expands New Day’s personal care services division into five additional counties covering the Houston metro area, while marking its 13th acquisition. A company spokesperson said additional acquisitions are expected soon.

Christian Senior Care Services has been providing personal care services in the Houston area since 2010. It will continue to operate under its current brand, and the entire staff will remain in place.

New Day also provides hospice and skilled care services . . .
