New York’s Coordinated Behavioral Health Services Partners With Unite Us For Social Care Referrals 

Coordinated Behavioral Health Services (CBHS), a behavioral health independent practice association in New York’s Hudson Valley, is partnering with Unite Us to build a connected ecosystem of health and social care in the region.
