Numinus Wellness Sells Five U.S. Clinics To Stella For $3.5 Million

Numinus Wellness, Inc. closed a previously announced sale of its five Wellness Clinics in Utah to Stella MSO LLC for $3.53 million. The clinics provide behavioral health treatments including safe, evidence-based psychedelic-assisted therapies, to treat post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and depression. The sale also included a data-sharing partnership to launch a technology-driven clinic management solution for mental health care provider organizations. Additionally, Stella is in the process of finalizing a partnership with Numinus, where Stella will provide operational data from its network of 12 mental health clinics.
