Omni Family of Services (Omni), which specializes in child welfare and behavioral health, announced that it acquired the social services agency JusticeWorks YouthCare. Pittsburgh-based JusticeWorks currently operates in six states and provides programs and services addressing child welfare and juvenile justice systems of care. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through the acquisition, Omni's reach will expand from five states to ten, and the organization's workforce will increase to more than 1,200.
