Optimus HealthCare Services Acquires PainScript

Optimus Healthcare Services, Inc., acquired AdhereRx, d/b/a PainScript, a SaaS-based, telehealth/chronic care compliance platform company. The transaction is valued at $4.5 million. PainScript’s chief executive officer, Dan Cohen will continue in that role and will become president of Optimus.

PainScript's medical treatment compliance platform is focused on creating a personalized pathway to support chronic care management interventions for people with opioid and other addiction disorders.
