Owens & Minor & Rotech Healthcare Terminate Previously Announced $1.36 Billion Acquisition

Owens & Minor, Inc. and Rotech Healthcare Holdings Inc. announced they had mutually agreed to terminate their acquisition agreement announced in July 2024.
