Independently operated subsidiaries of PACS Group, Inc. acquired eight skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) in western Pennsylvania with 1,199 beds. The SNFs are located in Pittsburgh, Bedford, Bethel Park, Monroeville, and McMurray. The financial details were not disclosed.

Four of the facilities are being leased from an affiliate of CareTrust REIT. PACS Group subsidiaries acquired the real estate of the remaining four facilities.
