Pair Team Announces Nevada Expansion To Deliver Whole-Person Care For High-Risk Medicaid Members

Pair Team, a tech-enabled medical group reimagining how Medicaid supports the most underserved populations, announced its expansion to Nevada. The organization will begin serving high-risk Medicaid members in Clark County as part of its mission to improve access in communities and populations that face persistent barriers to care, the announcement stated. Pair Team partners with trusted local organizations to build Community Care Hubs, which are networks rooted in the community that connect individuals to medical, behavioral, and social support services.
