Palomar Health Selects Kindred Behavioral Health To Build & Operate New Inpatient Behavioral Health Hospital

Palomar Health in San Diego County, California and Kindred Behavioral Health (KBH), a business unit of LifePoint Health, entered into a joint venture partnership to build and operate the new Palomar Behavioral Health Institute. The facility will provide 120 inpatient beds and provide outpatient behavioral health services. Groundbreaking is anticipated during 2023, and the partners anticipate that the hospital will begin accepting admissions in 2024.
