PAM Health Expands Presence In Florida With Acquisition Of Ocoee Rehabilitation Hospital

PAM Health acquired the former Everest Rehabilitation Orlando on August 1, 2025, according to an announcement. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new 36-bed hospital is slated to open later this fall as PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Ocoee. PAM Health currently operates rehabilitation hospitals in nearby Winter Garden and Tavares and will soon be opening one in Orange City.;
