Parentis Health Acquires Pop-In Care To Expand Continuum Of Home Care Services For Older Adults In Orange County, California

Parentis Health, which provides care for older adults, acquired Pop-in Care, a licensed home care company in Orange County, California. Financial terms were not disclosed. It will continue to operate under the Pop-in Care name, as a Parentis Health subsidiary company. Pop-in Care specializes in short visits, without minimum hourly or weekly time or visitation requirements. Pop-in Care founder Teri Frianeza will remain with the company.
