Pediatric Home Service Acquires Craig HomeCare & Cherub Medical Supply, Expands Into Kansas, Missouri & Nebraska

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) acquired Craig HomeCare and Cherub Medical Supply to expand home care services across Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Financial terms were not disclosed. PHS provides comprehensive home care supporting children with medical complexities. Craig HomeCare provides pediatric nursing services in the region. Cherub Medical Supply is a pediatric-focused respiratory and durable medical equipment provider organization.
