The Pennant Group, parent company of various affiliated home health, hospice, home care and senior living companies, acquired the real estate and operations of two senior living communities in Utah. Financial terms of the deal, effective March 1, 2024, were not disclosed. 

Both of the newly acquired facilities provide assisted living and memory care. Capitol Hill Senior Living is a 113-unit community located in Salt Lake City. Southgate Senior Living is a 75-unit community in St. George.

Pennant subsidiaries provide health care services through 104 home health and hospice agencies and 53 senior living communities located in 14 . . .
