Portsmouth Regional Hospital Adds Behavioral Health Beds
Portsmouth Regional Hospital has added four additional involuntary behavioral health beds in response to needed services for those with behavioral health illnesses, bringing the total involuntary behavioral health bed count to 12. The increase comes as a response to community need and an unreasonable wait time for existing beds. The hospital will re-evaluate the behavioral bed situation in mid-April to determine if more are needed.
