Home care and home health provider organization PurposeCare acquired Home Sweet Home In-Home Care (Home Sweet Home) in St. Joseph, Michigan. Home Sweet Home is an independent home health care agency serving southwest Michigan since 2011. This represents PurposeCare’s first operations in Michigan. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition will provide additional depth to PurposeCare’s suite of home health care services. PurposeCare, a portfolio company of Lorient Capital, provides home based care services to more than 3,000 clients a week.
