QuickMD Acquires South Dakota Addiction Treatment Clinic, Project Recovery   

California-based telehealth provider QuickMD acquired Project Recovery, an addiction treatment clinic in Rapid City, South Dakota. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Project Recovery, founded in 2018, offers in-person treatment with evidence-based medication and counseling services. It has alliances with local agencies including the South Dakota State Department of Social Services and Rapid City’s Cornerstone Rescue Mission. QuickMD intends to integrate Project Recovery’s clinical addiction treatment expertise with its telehealth platform.   QuickMD launched in 2019.
