Radicle Health Acquires Stabilify, Joining Forces With KCare Further Expanding In The Child Welfare Software Market

Radicle Health, Inc. a human services software organization, acquired Stabilify, which provides software for child welfare professionals. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Stabilify is Radicle Health’s seventh acquisition and its third focused on serving the child welfare industry. Stabilify will join forces with another Radicle Health company, KCare, which provides case management software for social service provider organizations.
