Ramsay Health Care Acquires Elysium Healthcare In U.K.

Global health care provider organization Ramsay Health Care (Ramsay) completed its acquisition of Elysium Healthcare in the United Kingdom (UK) from private equity firm BC Partners. The transaction is valued at £775 million ($1.05 billion). The agreement was announced on December 13, 2021. Elysium will operate as a new and complementary division to Ramsay’s existing UK hospital business.
