Samsung Acquires U.S. Health Care Data Integration Company Xealth
Samsung Electronics has signed an agreement to acquire Xealth, a health care integration platform that uses digital health tools and care programs to improve outcomes. Financial terms were not disclosed. Samsung anticipates that the acquisition will help advance Samsung’s transformation into a connected care preventative care platform that bridges wellness and medical care. Samsung’s announcement said the deal is slated to close during 2025 after receiving required regulatory approvals.
