Summit BHC Acquires Sobriety Centers Of New Hampshire To Enter New England Region

Summit BHC (Summit), which provides behavioral health and addiction treatment services, acquired Sobriety Centers of New Hampshire (SCNH). This acquisition represents Summit’s entry into the New England market. Financial terms were not disclosed.

SCNH operates addiction treatment facilities that provide a broad array of substance use disorder treatments and services, including detoxification, residential, and various levels of outpatient programs. Both Summit and SCNH serve a diverse consumer demographic and are in network with most major payors, including commercial, Medicaid, and Veterans plans. This combination also reinforces Summit’s ability to offer specialized programs for veterans and first responders.
