Sun Life Acquires Remaining Interest In Virtual Health Care Platform Dialogue

Sun Life Financial Inc. entered an agreement to acquire Dialogue, a Canadian health and wellness virtual platform. The total equity value of Dialogue is $365 million on a fully diluted basis (or $277 million for equity not currently owned by Sun Life or held by certain members of Dialogue's executive management).
