Teladoc Health To Acquire Catapult Health, Advancing Integrated Care Strategy With Home Diagnostic Tests

Teladoc Health, which provides a virtual care platform, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Catapult Health for $65 million. Catapult Health provides virtual preventive care services. The acquisition is expected to enhance Teladoc Health’s preventive care and chronic care management capabilities and expand at-home diagnostic testing. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025. After it closes, Catapult Health will operate within the Integrated Care segment of Teladoc Health.
