The Ensign Group Acquires Operations Of Resolutions Hospice

The Ensign Group, Inc.(Ensign) has acquired the assets of Resolutions Hospice, which operates hospice agencies in Austin and Houston, Texas. The acquisition was effective May 1, 2019.

According to statements by Ensign’s leadership, ongoing service expansion into Texas remains a focus of the company’s strategic plan. With the acquisition, Cornerstone, which is Ensign’s home health and hospice portfolio subsidiary, now operates 25 home health operations, 26 hospice operations, and nine home care operations across 12 states.
