Tower Health Completes Acquisition Of Premier Urgent Care

Tower Health (Tower) recently completed its acquisition of Premier Urgent Care (Premier). The transaction results in the creation of a new business line for Tower, named Tower Health Urgent Care.

The purchase sees Tower acquiring 19 separate Premier Urgent Care locations throughout the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania region, continuing a recent streak of acquisitions for Tower, which also acquired five large hospitals just last year.
