UPMC Pinnacle Acquires Two York County Practices

Health care services company UPMC Pinnacle recently announced it has acquired Dairyland Medical Center (Dairyland) and White Rose Ob/Gyn Associates (White Rose). To reflect the transaction, the two York, Pennsylvania-based practices will update their names to UPMC Pinnacle Dairyland Primary Care and UPMC Pinnacle Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists, respectively.

Despite the acquisition, both facilities will remain at their current addresses in York Township, and White Rose will become part of the UPMC Pinnacle specialty care network. Clinical professionals who worked for White Rose will continue providing services at the facility as employees of UPMC Pinnacle.
