Valenz Health To Acquire Healthcare Bluebook To Create Health Cost, Quality, Utilization Data Platform  

Cost containment and payment integrity solution provider Valenz Health reached an agreement to acquire health cost and quality navigation platform operator Healthcare Bluebook. Valenz said the acquisition will bring together complementary offerings. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ;

Valenz said the integration of Healthcare Bluebook with its solutions will create an integrated member engagement, digital “front door” experience, and payment integrity data platform. Valenz said the solution will empower members and offer improved health outcomes. ;
