VitalHub Acquires Strata Health, Consumer-Flow Solutions Software

VitalHub Corp. acquired Strata Health Solutions Inc., which designs, builds, and deploys software to improve health care consumer access and navigation solutions. Strata Health has over 80 health system partners and works with over 500 hospitals to provide over 800,000 consumer transitions annually. The company serves customers in Canada, the UK, the US, and New Zealand with offices internationally. Strata Health is VitalHub’s 20th acquisition.
