VitalHub Corp Announces Agreement With Jayex To Acquire On-Premise Hospital Queue Management

VitalHub Corp. entered into an agreement with Jayex Healthcare Limited to acquire Jayex’s on-premise hospital queue management business segment. Jayex provides integrated software-as-a-service (SaaS) health care services delivery platforms in the United Kingdom (UK) and Australia. Total consideration to be paid by VitalHub is expected to be £1.3 million, comprised of £1.04 million in cash and £0.26 million in VitalHub common shares. VitalHub anticipated that the acquisition would close by early May 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
