Washington’s Franciscan Health Systems Receives Mental Health Grant
Washington's Franciscan Health System has received a $182,000 grant to improve treatment for patients with mental health issues in the Enumclaw region. The three-year grant is from the Mission and Ministry Fund of Catholic Health Initiatives, the national health care system that includes Franciscan’s St. Elizabeth Hospital in Enumclaw.
The grant will fund the Community Building Mental Health initiative in partnership with the Enumclaw Regional Healthcare Foundation. The goal is to provide greater access to treatment and support services as well as improve the skills of those who work with people experiencing mental health issues.
