WELL Health Announces Proposed Acquisition Of Thirteen Private Medical Clinics

WELL Health Technologies Corp. (WELL) recently announced it has entered into agreements with Michael Frankel, M.D. and other third party physician shareholders regarding the acquisition of thirteen private health care clinics in British Columbia, Canada. The purchase, once and if completed, would bring the number of clinics WELL owns to 19.
