WellSky, a global health and community care technology company, plans to acquire TapCloud, a virtual consumer engagement technology company that helps consumers, caregivers, and clinical professionals communicate in real-time to achieve better health outcomes. The goal is to foster collaboration, identify and manage social determinants of health, and help provider organizations increase collaboration and better coordinate care to succeed in value-based care.
