Private equity firm;WindRose;Health Investors acquired SubjectWell, a patient access marketplace designed to connect consumers with health conditions to care options. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.;

SubjectWell operates a marketplace using a multi-channel network and precision digital outreach. It said the platform includes millions of motivated consumers with known health conditions. The platform uses a tailored recruitment technology and is designed to support global vaccine, chronic, rare disease and oncology clinical studies. According to SubjectWell, the platform is growing by more than 300,000 consumers per month. ;
