On July 31, 2020, Zur Rose Group announced it completed its acquisition of TeleClinic GmbH, Munich, Germany. TeleClinic is a telemedicine provider organization. For the Zur Rose Group, the acquisition adds complementary telemedicine services to its digital health platform, the Zur Rose Healthcare Ecosystem.

The Swiss Zur Rose Group is a large e-commerce pharmacy in Europe and a leading medical wholesaler in Switzerland. It also operates a marketplace in southern Europe for consumer health, beauty, and personal care products commonly sold in pharmacies. It has about 9 million active consumers.
