Altru Health System entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent with CommonSpirit Health to explore acquiring Devils Lake hospital. The letter is the first step in the process of reaching a formal agreement to transfer ownership of the hospital to Altru Health. The organizations hope to finalize the process by the end of 2024.
