Alaska Children's Services Inc. (ACF) was started in 1890 as the Jesse Lee Home. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps teens with emotional and behavioral health diagnoses by giving them residential treatment, treatment at home, and treatment foster care. ACF is accredited by the Joint Commission, the National Association for Children’s Behavioral Health (NACBH), and the Foster Family-based Treatment Association (FFTA).
