Founded in 1979, Central City Concern (CCC) is a non-profit organization that provides supportive housing programs with integrated health services, addiction recovery, and employment assistance to adults and families. Its core services include integrated primary and behavioral health care, community mental health services, subacute detoxification, inpatient and outpatient recovery, and pharmacy services.
