The Children’s Center: An OPEN MINDS Organizational Profile

Since 1929, The Children's Center of Wayne County (TCC) has provided behavioral health treatment services for children and youth with emotional and behavioral disorders, and developmental disabilities. The organization also provides foster care, independent living, and adoption placement services for abused and neglected children and youth. TCC’s mission is “to help children and families shape their own futures.” Their vision is “to be recognized as the premier provider of programs and services of national caliber.”
