Washington State Health Care Authority Request For Feedback: North Central Integration RFP Questions

In January 25 2017, the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) released this request for feedback on a request for proposal (RFP) for a regional behavioral health administrative services organization (ASO) to provide behavioral health services to the non-Medicaid safety-net population.

The procurement for an ASO is part of the North Central Integration plan, where all Medicaid behavioral health services will be moved to the Apple Health Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).
