Department Of Justice Memo Regarding Marijuana Enforcement
This memo was issued on January 4, 2018, by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). The Attorney General rescinded previous guidance documents on federal marijuana enforcement policy and directed federal prosecutors to use previously established principles.
