> January 11, 2010 The following document is the statement released by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Southern California division. Lead attorney, Mark Rosenbaum, identifies the catalysts of ACLU's lawsuit against Camp Challenger of Los Angeles; and Los Angeles County's Departments of Education and Probation. Mr. Rosenbaum notes that Camp Challenger has been noted as a "broken" school system from a commissioned report for 2009.
