Kansas Governor’s 2016 To 2017 Proposed Budget, Summary Overview

Kansas Governor Sam Brownback released his budget proposal on January 13, 2016. In the discussion of Medicaid and health care spending, the Governor proposed ending the KanCare Medicaid Health Homes project that currently serves about 30,000 beneficiaries diagnosed with serious mental illness.
