Pre-Existing Conditions Could Effect 1 in 2 Americans
January 15, 2011 The number of non-elderly Americans with pre-existing health conditions may be as high as 129 million, about 50% of all Americans between the ages of 18 and 64. About 20% of non-elderly Americans are uninsured.
