The report was released in January 2016 by the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). It presents an evaluation conducted by RTI International of the savings to Medicare after the first 18 months of the Washington State managed fee-for-service demonstration program for people dually eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
