On January 24, 2013, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a public health research brief based on data from the 2007-2008 National Survey of ChildrenÂ’s Health (NSCH) to calculate weighted estimates of parent-reported Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and medication treatment among U.S. children aged 4 to 17 years, by state and sex-stratified age.
