January 31, 2010 The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) is consolidating its substance abuse and mental health divisions under the oversight of the recently formed Office of Behavioral Health (OBH). In January 2010, DHH released this outline of its plans for the new system; the goals is to provide fully integrated behavioral health care.
