January 31, 2011 On January 31, 2011, the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System issued a request for proposal (RFP) seeking managed care organizations to provide acute, long-term care, home- and community-based services, and behavioral health care for more than 25,000 individuals who are at-risk of institutionalization, and either blind, disabled, or over age 65.
