Idaho Child Welfare System Performance Evaluation
On January 31, 2017, the Idaho Legislature Office of Performance Evaluations published this child welfare system evaluation report. The report identifies gaps in four key areas of the child welfare system system that prevent the state's child welfare system from performing at the high level of expectation set through policy making and program design processes.
