CHIPRA One Year Later: Connecting Kids to Coverage
February 4, 2010 In February 2010, the Department of Health and Human Servies released a report on the the ChildrenÂ’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2009 (CHIPRA) Express Lane Eligibility (ELE) performance bonuses. Alaska, Alabama, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington shared the 2009 performance bonus of $73 million.
